Role Description

Backend Developer

🔧 What You'll Work On:

• Designing and building robust RESTful APIs in Node.js
• Integrating with third-party APIs and services
• Managing databases and ensuring data consistency
• Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Collaborating with frontend developers and DevOps

🧠 Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in

  Node.js

  (Express.js or Fastify)
• Experience designing and building

  REST APIs

• Solid understanding of

  PostgreSQL

• Familiarity with JWT/OAuth

  based authentication
• Comfortable using

  Git

  for version control

💡 Good-to-Haves:

• Experience with

  TypeScript

• Knowledge of Docker

  and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of

  unit testing

  frameworks (e.g. Jest, Mocha)
• Some exposure to

  AWS

  (EC2, S3, Lambda) or any cloud provider
