Role Description

SkillzenLoop is seeking a technically driven Back-End Developer Intern to help build and scale the server-side logic that powers our applications. This role focuses on structural integrity, database management, and API development. You will work behind the scenes to ensure that our applications are fast, secure, and reliable, gaining professional experience in server-side architecture and cloud integration.

Primary Responsibilities

• Server-Side Logic: Assist in developing and maintaining the core logic of web applications using modern backend frameworks.

• API Development: Build and optimize RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between the server and the front-end.

• Database Management: Help design and manage database schemas (SQL or NoSQL) and write efficient queries to handle large datasets.

• Security & Optimization: Implement data security and protection measures while optimizing code for maximum speed and scalability.

• Collaboration: Work with front-end developers to troubleshoot integration issues and ensure smooth end-to-end functionality.

Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one back-end language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP).

• Database Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

• API Knowledge: Basic understanding of RESTful web services and how they interact with front-end components.

• Version Control: Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows (GitHub/GitLab).
