Back End Developer

As a software developer at BDO India Services Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable C# and ASP.NET code. Your key accountabilities will include: - Adhering to BDO REST API Framework & Guidelines, C# Coding Guidelines, and BDO Development Guidelines. - Ensuring application performance, quality, and responsiveness through efficient code. - Maintaining application security by adhering to the Secure Development Policy. - Identifying bottlenecks and bugs and providing solutions. - Collaborating with frontend developers and SharePoint administrators for integrated solutions. - Developing and maintaining backend integrations with Microsoft SharePoint, including custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx). - Implementing and managing SharePoint REST API for backend communication. - Maintaining documentation for SharePoint-related backend processes and integrations. - Helping maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills required for this role: - College diploma or university degree in computer science. - Proficient skill level with 2 to 7 years" industry experience. - Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Web Services, JavaScript, TypeScript, and XML. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming. - Familiarity with different source code management tools. - Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies desired. - Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. - Ability to exercise independent judgment. - Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Strong relationship, interpersonal, and team skills. - Highly self-motivated and directed. - Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
