Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, or CRM
Manage leads from digital platforms
Prepare quotations, sales proposals & order confirmations
Maintain accurate client data in CRM
Assist with payment follow-ups & documentation
Generate sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
Warm up cold leads through calls & emails
Address customer queries or escalate as needed
Ensure confidentiality of data and communications
Requirements:
Bachelors degree
1–3 years' experience in backend sales
Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
