Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Project Manager / Business Analyst (Commodities & Capital Markets)!

In this role, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager cum Business Analyst with a strong background in commodities and capital markets, exceptional communication skills, and advanced expertise in Alteryx and Power BI. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives, gather and translate business requirements, deliver analytical insights, and drive end-to-end project success in a fast-paced financial environment.

Responsibilities-

Project Management

Lead and manage full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment for technology and business initiatives.
Develop project charters, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and risk/issue logs.
Coordinate across business, technology, data, and operations teams to ensure deliverables meet business objectives.
Facilitate steering committee updates, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting.
Ensure alignment of project scope and delivery with strategic organizational goals.

Business Analysis

Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
Map current-state and future-state processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
Translate regulatory, operational, and trading requirements into actionable technical specifications.
Collaborate with developers, quants, data teams, and testers to validate requirements and support UAT.

Data & Analytics

Build, automate, and optimize data workflows using Alteryx for ETL, modeling, and analytics.
Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations for trading, risk, and operations teams.
Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, data quality standards, and reporting frameworks.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across systems and analytical models.

Commodities & Capital Markets Expertise

Support trading, risk management, and operational teams with domain knowledge in commodities Trading.
Provide insights on trade lifecycle, pricing, P&L, valuation, and risk processes.
Liaise with front office, risk, finance, and compliance to ensure solutions meet industry, regulatory, and market requirements.
