Job Summary

The B2C Vendor Flex / Seller Flex Operations role is responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse and last-mile operations at the seller/vendor location.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Operations

Coordinate inbound shipments from sellers/vendors

Ensure GRN, inward scanning, and put-away as per SOP

Verify quantity & quality, handle discrepancies and shortages

Maintain proper documentation and system updates

2. Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records (system vs physical)

Daily inventory reconciliation & cycle counts

Control damages, expiry, near-expiry & non-sellable stock

Follow FIFO / FEFO processes

3. Outbound / Order Fulfillment

Manage picking, packing, and dispatch of B2C orders

Ensure orders are processed within SLA / cut-off timelines

Optimize pick paths for fast turnaround

Ensure correct packaging as per marketplace standards

4. Last-Mile Coordination

Ensure on-time handover of shipments

Track delivery performance, RTO, cancellations

5. Associates / pickers / packers

Ensure discipline, attendance & performance

6. Process & Compliance

Adhere to marketplace SOPs (Amazon/Flipkart/Quick Commerce)

Required Skills & Qualification:

• 2 to 3 years in e-commerce, logistics, FMCG, or dark store operations
• Experience with Amazon VFS / Flipkart Seller Hub / Quick Commerce is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
