Job Description

Design SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for B2C booking, client servicing, vendor management, etc.
Designs packages leisure and business
Researches prospective events and markets for businesses and develops travel programs
Designs a subscription model for regular travel updates and preferential rates
Build workflows for customer inquiries, confirmations, invoicing, and post-sales support.
Select and onboard tech platforms for CRM, booking tools, accounting, etc.
Establishing reliable domestic and international vendor relationships (hotels, transport, DMCs).
Negotiating rates and setting up margin structures for B2C packages.
Vendor quality and pricing make or break B2C travel sales.
Customer Experience & Reputation
Professional handling of customer queries, changes, and complaints.
Seamless pre- and post-sales support, including documentation and emergency handling.
Sets pricing strategies for packages.
Monitors P&L of the travel department, tracks margins.
