As the Marketing Head for Pikolo - Event Services Marketplace, your role will involve strategizing and executing the marketing plan to secure funding and drive growth for the company. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create comprehensive, investor-ready marketing documentation including: - User Acquisition Roadmap for 3, 6, and 12 months - Ads Strategy with a sample plan of 1 lakh/month budget - Lead generation cost breakdown and ROI projections - Performance KPIs Framework focusing on CAC, conversion rates, and retention - Category Marketing Overview for Photography, Makeup, Music, and Decor categories - Team Structure Plan outlining initial roles and hiring roadmap for the first 12 months **Qualifications Required:** - 5-7 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Startup Marketing - Proven track record of building marketing strategies for startups/marketplaces - Strong understanding of performance marketing, CAC, and unit economics - Ability to create data-driven projections and plans - Experience with investor pitches or fundraising decks - Strategic thinking and ability to design a growth engine for the company **About Pikolo:** Pikolo is India's premier marketplace for events and celebrations, connecting customers with verified service providers.
