We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic B2B Travel Frontend Manager to join our team at our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate and B2B travel clients, developing strong business relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination with the backend travel operations team.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong travel industry network and a proven track record in bringing onboard large clients for domestic and international travel services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B travel partners and corporate clients.
Build strong relationships with clients such as large corporations, travel agencies, and institutions.
Pitch and promote domestic & international travel packages, corporate tours, and group travel solutions.
Collaborate with the backend travel operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings (flights, hotels, packages, visas, transfers, etc.).
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Keep track of competitor activities and market trends to create effective strategies.
Provide regular reports on client acquisition, sales performance, and pipeline progress.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the B2B travel industry.
Strong network of travel partners & corporate clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel domestically/internationally for client meetings when required.
Proven track record of achieving sales & client acquisition targets.
