Role Description This is a full-time role for a B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Explosive Connect, located in Noida with some work from home options available. The B2B SDR will be responsible for daily tasks such as generating leads, conducting outbound calls, engaging prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. The role involves nurturing relationships with potential clients and maintaining up-to-date records of all sales activities. Prior experience in B2B sales in UK, US, Canda is a must! Qualifications Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with Sales and Business Development strategies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and time management skills Prior experience in a B2B sales environment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
