Job Description

As a B2B Sales & Support Executive at Logistic Infotech Pvt Ltd, your role will involve identifying and reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, and networking. You will be responsible for scheduling and conducting product demos, maintaining regular follow-ups with prospects, and collecting client feedback to share with the team for improvements. Additionally, you will provide support to users by resolving queries, preparing basic proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients, and keeping records of sales activities and leads in CRM/spreadsheets. It is crucial to learn and adapt quickly to product updates and market changes, and work closely with management to shape sales processes and strategies in the early stage. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and networking. - Schedule and conduct product demos to explain features and benefits clearly. - Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture interest and build trust. - Collect client feedback and share with the team for improvements. - Provide support to users by resolving queries and ensuring smooth onboarding. - Assist in preparing basic proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients. - Keep records of sales activities and leads in CRM/spreadsheets. - Learn and adapt quickly to product updates and market changes. - Work closely with management to shape sales processes and strategies in the early stage. Qualifications Required: - Fluency in Hindi, Gujarati, and English. - Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2B SaaS Sales. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with Management level clients. - Ability to understand client pain points and translate them into product value propositions. - Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. - Familiarity with lead generation strategies, email campaigns, and pipeline management. - Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace for reports, presentations, and proposals.
