Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹65,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

About the Company

A leading organization in the EdTech sector, offering innovative learning and skill-enhancement solutions, is looking to expand its B2B sales operations in Bangalore.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard schools, colleges, corporates, and training institutions for EdTech solutions.
• Conduct daily field visits (9 AM – 3 PM) to meet decision-makers and present product offerings.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable learning solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, and proposals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle field sales independently.
• Good understanding of the Bangalore education market preferred.
• Willingness to travel across HSR Layout, Basapura, and nearby areas.
• Basic MS Office and CRM knowledge.
