Job Description

Key responsibilities

Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn), inbound leads, and networking
Qualify leads and manage the full sales pipeline in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot)
Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs
Understand customer pain points and position our software as the solution
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to meet/exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and with customer success on smooth onboarding and upsells
Maintain accurate forecasting and report sales activity to leadership

Other requirements

2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS or software
Strong English + Hindi communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Nice to Have

Experience selling to [SMB / mid-market / enterprise] customers

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
