B2B Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident B2B Sales Executive who is interested in building a career in sales and business development.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, connecting with businesses, understanding their requirements and promoting our services, including AI solutions, eLearning services and digital content development.

Freshers with good communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Connect with potential corporate clients and understand their business requirements.
• Introduce and promote the company's services and solutions.
• Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the internal team.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and follow up with prospective clients.
• Maintain a database of leads, prospects and client interactions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales and lead generation targets.
• Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Interest in sales, marketing and business development.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with clients.
• Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
