B2B Sales Executive - Malappuram

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team in Malappuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business relationships, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets in the B2B segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential business clients through cold calling, networking, and visits
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to B2B customers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and proposals
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Malayalam and basic English
• Willing to travel locally for client meetings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in FMCG, IT, or industrial product sales is a plus
• Knowledge of local market dynamics in Malappuram and nearby areas
