About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end sales for our HR Tech SaaS products to mid and enterprise clients.
  • Prospect and engage HR teams, Talent Acquisition Heads, and CHROs via outbound and inbound leads.
  • Deliver impactful, customized product demos tailored to HR needs and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for targeted campaigns to HR audiences.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and share market insights for continuous product enhancement.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in

    B2B SaaS sales

    (preferably in HR Tech, Recruitment SaaS, or HRMS platforms).
  • Strong presentation and consultative selling skills, especially to HR leadership.
  • Experience managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of the HR Tech domain is a strong advantage.
