Job Profile : Delegate Acquisition Executive / Delegate Relations Executive

Division/Group : TT Lifesciences (Mumbai)

Location : Mumbai

Joining: Immediate – 15 days

Education : Graduation

Working Days : Monday – Friday (Sat and Sun fixed off)

Shift timings: 12pm – 9pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle all enquiries professionally and always ensure excellent customer service.
  • Work towards individual key performance indicators and revenue targets.
  • Speak to previous clients and book them 6 – 8 months in advance.
  • Work with the lead generation team and create a database per project.
  • Speak to speakers and get their referrals booked.
  • Work on LinkedIn to engage with the clients.
  • Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.
  • Advise clients on creating profitable processes.

  • Determined, resilient and self-motivated.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills required.


Required Skills:

  • Minimum of

    4 years’ experience within Delegate Sales or International Corporate B2B Sales.

  • Proven track record of delivery against revenue and other KPI targets
  • Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with your client base.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A customer-oriented attitude
  • Problem-solving aptitude
