• Ability to generate & manage Annual Turnover of INR 10 Cr to 15 Cr
• Lead Delivery team to achieve above

• Overlook Delivery by hiring & coordinating with Delivery Leads
• Initial Client Management in IT & Non IT Contract Staffing to achieve set revenue targets
• Review with team of weekly basis & Reward them
• Hiring, Leading & Mentoring Marketing + Recruitment team of 5+ expert resources
• Hands-on candidates sourcing in SAP Contract Staffing
• New Business Development to promote SAP Staffing

• Graduate with 5+ years B2B Sales & Delivery Management experience in IT Contract & Non IT Staffing
• Proven track record in achieving revenue
• Expert in using Linkedin Sales Navigator, CRM for Lead Generation
• Ready to work in line with set targets & Motivate team
• Ready to associate for min. 24 months
• Ready to work from home
