RSA collaborates with corporate partners needing rural staff, college students in rural areas, and local partners to deliver impactful training and skill assessments. Originally funded by the National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC), RSA continues to mainstream rural youth into the knowledge economy. Role Description This is a full-time on-site B2B Sales Champion role located in Noida. The B2B Sales Champion will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential corporate clients, understanding their staffing needs, and presenting tailored RSA solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, meeting with clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role also involves collaborating with the training and mobilization teams to ensure a seamless delivery of services. Qualifications Graduate or Post graduate Experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate relations Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in market research and analysis Ability to build and maintain client relationships Understanding of the training and employment landscape Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Willingness to travel as required for client meetings Experience in the education or skilling sector is a plus Show more Show less
