Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CEOs, CFOs, and senior decision-makers at enterprise-level customers
  • Independently generate leads through outbound and inbound efforts, identify prospects, and set up meetings with B2B clients
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, client meetings, negotiation, acquisition, and onboarding of customers
  • Drive revenue growth by closing new enterprise accounts and expanding existing relationships
  • Address complex customer queries related to Trade Finance and associated financial products, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Meet clients in person as required across PAN India to build relationships and close deals
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer success

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree with 25 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
  • Proven ability to independently manage the full sales cycle, including self-sourced lead generation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India for in-person client meetings
