B2B Presentation Specialist (5 to 7 years of exp is required with excellent communication skills)

As a B2B PPT Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our brand’s narrative by creating impactful, visually engaging presentations for internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, brand-compliant, and creative presentation assets that effectively communicate complex data and concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization, planning, and design of high-quality presentations using

  PowerPoint

  and/or

  Keynote

  tailored for a global B2B SaaS audience
• Utilize

  visual storytelling

  and

  data visualization

  techniques to simplify complex information and enhance audience engagement
• Maintain strict

  brand compliance

  and ensure

  visual consistency

  across all presentation materials
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to understand presentation requirements and deliver impactful solutions
• Manage, mentor, and provide creative guidance to junior designers and freelancers as needed
• Continuously innovate presentation formats and design approaches to keep the brand messaging fresh and effective.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 to 8 years of professional experience in presentation design, preferably within a global B2B SaaS or technology environment
• Expert-level proficiency in

  PowerPoint

  and/or

  Keynote

  with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of presentation styles and data visualization
• Advanced skills in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to create custom graphics and visual elements
• Deep understanding of

  visual storytelling

  principles and best practices in data visualization
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain

  brand guidelines

  and ensure

  visual consistency

• Proven experience collaborating across teams and managing junior design resources
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret complex business concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives
