Role & responsibilities Field Outreach & Lead Generation Conduct daily industrial visits to engage with SMEs and manufacturers. Generate leads, onboard businesses, and promote the platform. Maintain records of client interactions using CRM tools. Marketing & Sales Execution Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize platform adoption. Give presentations and product demos to potential clients. Distribute marketing materials and promotional content during visits. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building Educate businesses on the benefits of outsourcing vs. owning assets . Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term engagement. Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve platform features. Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor and report sales performance and lead conversion . Track competitor activity and market trends to refine strategies. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3+ years experience in B2B marketing, industrial sales, or field sales . Strong communication & negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently . Willingness to travel extensively for industrial visits. Experience in manufacturing, metal forming, or industrial outsourcing is a plus.
