Role & responsibilities Field Outreach & Lead GenerationConduct daily industrial visits to engage with SMEs and manufacturers.Generate leads, onboard businesses, and promote the platform.Maintain records of client interactions using CRM tools. Marketing & Sales ExecutionDevelop and execute marketing strategies to maximize platform adoption.Give presentations and product demos to potential clients.Distribute marketing materials and promotional content during visits. Customer Engagement & Relationship BuildingEducate businesses on the benefits of outsourcing vs. owning assets.Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term engagement.Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve platform features. Performance Tracking & ReportingMonitor and report sales performance and lead conversion.Track competitor activity and market trends to refine strategies.Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3+ years experience in B2B marketing, industrial sales, or field sales. Strong communication & negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Willingness to travel extensively for industrial visits.
