About the Role

Twigs N Trails is expanding its footprint in both marketplace sales and corporate gifting. To support this growth, we are looking for a lead generation specialist who understands how B2B buyers think and knows how to build strong prospect funnels. This role sits at the front of our revenue engine and works closely with our sales team to create predictable, high quality lead pipelines.

What You Will Do

Identify and source potential buyers for both marketplace and corporate gifting channels

Use tools like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, ExportersIndia, LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, and industry directories to build targeted lead lists

Run efficient outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest

Pre qualify leads and hand them over to the sales team for closure

Maintain a clean pipeline and deliver weekly lead updates to the CEO

Collaborate with the sales team to refine audience targeting and improve conversion efficiency

Help experiment with new strategies to increase consistent lead flow

What You Bring

Experience in B2B lead generation, digital outreach, or performance based marketing

Strong understanding of how to identify decision makers and qualify buyer intent

Good command over English, Hindi, and Telugu

Confidence with outreach tools and methods

A self driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets

Compensation

Commission based

You earn a percentage of net profit on every order closed from the leads you generate
