B2B Key Account Manager - Textiles Industry

As a Client Relationship Manager in the textiles industry, your primary role is to build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients based on trust and a deep understanding of their business objectives. You will drive repeat business by ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing accounts to increase sales revenue - Lead negotiations with key clients and manage sales activities to achieve targets - Act as the main point of contact, resolve client issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by aligning client needs with company solutions - Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, sales, logistics, and design, to deliver seamless client experiences - Monitor sales data using CRM software and compile reports for top management - Conduct market research and share insights with the team to improve organizational capabilities Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 7+ years of relevant work experience in the textiles industry - Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills As an integral part of the team, you will need to possess strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, client relationship-building capabilities, problem-solving skills, data analysis proficiency, and CRM software knowledge to excel in this role.,
