As a B2B Marketing Executive for our company in Gurugram / Pune, your role involves driving brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement in the Electrical, Automation, Industrial Equipment, and Cable/Wire industry. Your prior experience in B2B marketing and strong knowledge of industrial customers and distribution networks will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns for clients in the electrical and automation ecosystem including brands such as Schneider, Siemens, ABB, Rockwell, Honeywell, Polycab, KEI, Finolex, L&T E&A, Mitsubishi Electric, Phoenix Contact, Omron, TE Connectivity, Molex, Leoni, Yazaki, etc. - Manage digital marketing initiatives, email campaigns, and CRM tools to generate leads. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. - Provide support for events, trade shows, and exhibitions in the industrial segment. - Collaborate with distributors and solution providers such as Rittal, Arrow, Allied Electronics, and local automation distributors. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering (Electrical/Electronics background preferred). - Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience in the Electrical, Automation, or Industrial Equipment sector. - Knowledge of industrial buyers, distributors, and solution providers in the Indian market. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and MS Office. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
