Job Description

We're Hiring: B2B Growth Marketing Specialist – Specialty Chemicals & Industrial Materials

Remote | ₹9 LPA | Mon–Fri, 1:30 PM–9:30 PM IST


B2B Growth Marketer


💼 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with sales & growth goals
  • Optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) for conversions and ROI
  • Track KPIs across email, web, LinkedIn, and other performance channels
  • Support SEO, content strategy, and community growth efforts
  • Create basic design assets using Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and freelance writers to align messaging


✅ Requirements:

  • 3+ years in B2B marketing (ideally in chemicals, materials, or technical sectors)
  • Expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM & analytics tools
  • Familiarity with technical buyer personas: formulators, manufacturers, R&D teams
  • Strong written English & attention to detail
  • Some graphic design experience is a plus


✨ Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have):

  • Exposure to B2C marketing or video editing
  • Experience with AI tools for visuals or automation
  • Network in chemicals, personal care, or trade organizations
