Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving and expanding the Banking, Non-Banking Financial Company, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) vertical business within the cybersecurity industry. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will utilize your 10 to 12 years of direct sales experience to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities in the NBFC and BFSI sectors. Your strong track record in consultative selling, solution-based sales, and high-level negotiations will be crucial in establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with senior executives, clients, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your industry knowledge of banking, financial services, insurance, and cybersecurity landscapes to identify emerging trends, ensure regulatory compliance, and navigate market dynamics effectively. - Apply your technology knowledge to gain a good understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and effectively communicate complex financial products and services to clients. - Demonstrate expertise in managing large, complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure, utilizing both inbound and outbound sales strategies. - Leverage your excellent communication skills to present to C-level executives and stakeholders, while also utilizing strong analytical skills to assess sales performance, forecast revenue, and identify growth opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 10-12 years of direct sales experience in the NBFC and BFSI sectors with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development. - Strong network within the BFSI ecosystem, including contacts in banking, NBFC, insurance, and financial institutions. - Proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment and grow business relationships within the NBFC and BFSI sectors.
