Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – NBFC & BFSI Vertical Cybersecurity BusinessLocation: Chennai / BangaloreJob Type: Full-TimeJob Description:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive and expand ourBanking, Non-Banking Financial Company, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) verticalbusiness.

The ideal candidate will have 10 to 12 years of direct sales experience, with astrong track record of success in building Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 10-12 years of direct sales experience in the NBFC and BFSI sectors witha proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development. Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of the banking, financial services,insurance, and new business development landscapes, including emerging trends incybersecurity, regulatory compliance understanding and market dynamics. Technology Knowledge: Good understanding of the cybersecurity landscape. Relationship Building: Strong ability to establish and maintain long-termrelationships with senior executives, clients, and stakeholders

. Sales Expertise: Expertise in consultative selling, solution-based sales, and high-levelnegotiations. Experience with both inbound and outbound sales strategies. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with theability to present to C-level executives and stakeholders

. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance, forecastrevenue, and identify opportunities for business growth. Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, Marketing, Finance, or arelated field (MBA preferred).

Preferred Attributes: Experience in managing large, complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure. Strong network within the BFSI ecosystem, including contacts in banking, NBFC,insurance, and financial institutions.

Ability to understand and communicate complex financial products and serviceseffectively. Proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environmentand growing business relationships within theNBFC and BFSI sectors.
