Job Description

Position Summary:

B2B Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and engage potential B2B clients through outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking.
Understand client business models, pain points, and objectives to propose relevant solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, demos, and negotiations to close deals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Develop customized proposals, quotations, and contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategy.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of solution-based selling and consultative sales approaches.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Desirable:

Experience in a specific industry (e.g., SaaS, IT, logistics, manufacturing, HR solutions).
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
MBA or relevant certification in sales or business development.
