SAP PP Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support

  SAP PP/PI

  processes including

  master data setup

  ,

  process orders

  , and

  PI sheets

  .
• Work extensively on

  master data

  objects such as

  BOMs, Resources, and Master Recipes

  .
• Handle

  Process Order management

  , including order types, confirmations, and batch management.
• Design and implement

  Electronic Batch Record (EBR)

  processes for process industries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless

  integration with QM, MM, and other SAP modules

  .
• Manage

  Quality Management (QM)

  processes inspection planning, results recording, and usage decision.
• Implement and maintain

  Engineering Change Management

  functionalities for controlled data changes.
• Provide

  production support

  , troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user training documents.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum

  6 years of SAP PP/PI implementation and support

  experience.
• Strong understanding of

  process manufacturing

  and

  shop floor control

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  PI Sheets configuration

  and

  Electronic Batch Records

  .
• Good knowledge of

  Batch Management

  and

  Quality Management (QM)

  integration.
• Experience in

  Engineering Change Management

  within SAP.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• SAP Certification in PP/PI or related modules is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in

  Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, or Food & Beverage

  industries.
• Familiarity with

  S/4HANA PP/PI

  is a plus.
• Exposure to

  MES integration

  and

  EBR solutions

  like Opcenter or Werum PAS-X is desirable.
