Role Overview: As a Field Support/Installation/Service professional, your primary responsibility will be to install Weigh In motion, Static weigh Bridge, and all associated hardware. You will be required to travel PAN India to conduct installations and provide service for company products. Additionally, you will need to manage on-site installations, plan day-to-day activities, and ensure that all work is completed within deadlines. Customer handling is a crucial aspect of the role, where you will manage multiple clients, address their requirements, and oversee site-level activities. Providing on-call technical support for product installations and services will also be part of your responsibilities. Testing hardware after installation and conducting product demonstrations with clients are key tasks. You will need to ensure smooth handover of products after installation, conduct live demos at respective sites, and complete the standard Site Acceptance Test (SAT). Being open to extensive touring and managing travel arrangements are essential for this role.
