Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Role: Azure / Windows Support Engineer

Duration: 1 Year

Working days: 6 days ( 2nd and 4th Saturday will be off) (1st and 3rd Saturday will be working from home).

Work Mode: Work from Office.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in a support or systems engineering role focused on Azure and Windows environments.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure VMs, Azure AD, Azure Backup, Azure Monitor).
Proficiency with Windows Server administration (2016, 2019, or later).
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls).
Familiarity with ITIL-based support practices and ticketing systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service orientation.
