Role & responsibilities

Plan, implement, and manage Azure Local deployments using validated OEM hardware.

Configure and maintain Azure Stack HCI clusters, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), and storage systems.
Assist with assessment and migration of existing servers to Azure Local platform.
Integrate on-prem resources with Azure Arc, enabling centralized management, monitoring, and governance via the Azure portal.
Monitor system health, performance, and security using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Defender for Cloud.
Proven hands-on experience with:
Azure Local (formerly Azure Stack HCI-based)
Hyper-V virtualization and Storage Spaces Direct
Azure Arc for servers, Kubernetes, and VMs
Experience with hybrid cloud design principles and on-prem + cloud integration.
Technical support for Microsoft Azure Platforms (Azure Local & Azure Cloud)
Manage Incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions to avoid future issues.
Ensure compliance and adherence to security policies and practices
Execute maintenance tasks such as patching, performance tuning & resource management/optimization.
Manage and maintain Azure Local environment
