Azure DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

? Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins

? Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS or self-managed)

? Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates

? Automate provisioning, deployment, and monitoring processes

? Monitor system health and performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, etc.

? Implement DevOps best practices including version control, branching strategies, and release automation

? Troubleshoot issues related to deployments, infrastructure, or runtime performance

Primary Skills (Must-Have):

? Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS or equivalent) and Helm

? Proficient in at least one CI/CD tool (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, etc.)

? Strong in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Bicep

? Solid understanding of DevOps principles, Git workflows, and automation practices

? Proficiency in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)

? Experience in monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor)

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

? Basic knowledge of Azure IaaS (VMs, Networking, NSGs, Load Balancers)

? Familiarity with Azure PaaS services (App Services, Key Vault, Storage, etc.)

? Exposure to container registry, Ingress Controllers, and Secrets Management

? Awareness of cloud security best practices

Soft Skills:

? Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset

? Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment

? Good communication and collaboration skills
