Position: Azure Data Engineer – Microsoft Fabric

Job Summary:

Azure Data Engineer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop

    data pipelines and ETL workflows

    using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Fabric.
  • Implement and manage

    data lakehouse architectures

    on Microsoft Fabric.
  • Integrate diverse data sources (structured and unstructured) into Azure storage and analytics solutions.
  • Ensure

    data quality, governance, and security

    across environments.
  • Collaborate with BI teams to deliver

    Power BI datasets and semantic models

    .
  • Optimize performance of large-scale data processing using

    Spark / Dataflows Gen2

    .


Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in

    Azure Data Services

    (ADF, Synapse, Databricks, Data Lake, SQL DB).
  • Hands-on expertise with

    Microsoft Fabric

    (Lakehouse, Dataflows, Pipelines).
  • Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
  • Experience with

    data governance, lineage, and monitoring

    .
  • Knowledge of

    Power BI integration

    and performance optimization.


Good to Have:

  • Exposure to

    DevOps CI/CD

    for data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with

    Azure Purview, Delta Lake, and Medallion Architecture

    .
