Job Description

Location- Delhi/Chennai Required Technical Skill Set Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SQL, Snowflake Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have · Hands-on experience of developing and operating ETL/ELT pipelines with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks (Spark), Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Azure SQL Database. · Should have a good understanding of SQL and Data Warehousing concepts. Good-to-Have · Should be comfortable working with Git, Power Shell/bash · Experience in PowerBI, Microsoft Azure Operational and Monitoring tools, including Azure Monitor, App Insights and Log Analytics will be an added advantage SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Create data pipelines using ADF/ADB for ETL 2 Hands on experience in Python OR Scala OR pySpark, mandatory skill to design pipeline and data processing 3 Analyzing data issues and pipeline failures 4 Providing data/code fixes for data issues and pipeline failures observed in the system 5 Ensure various data pipelines run smoothly in production, monitor pipelines running in production environment and raise alarms 6 Good understanding of Data Reliability, hands on experience of driving data quality initiatives 7 Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enable TCS to deliver services – better, cheaper, faster 8 Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize data work flows Show more Show less
