Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 12 years of experience to join our team as an Azure Data Factory /Azure DataLake/ Azure Databricks with Terraform expert. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

Drive end-to-end integration delivery through analysis, design, build, and deployment.
Manage requirement gathering and analysis necessary for integration build.
Develop new and enhanced integrations following appropriate HRIT and HR delivery lifecycle.
Develop and maintain integration patterns and blueprints in accordance with HRIT and HR standards.
Document integration specifications and patterns in accordance with HRIT and HR standards.
Assist with test scenario preparation and guidance for HRIT and HR test teams.
Support and troubleshoot integrations through deployment test phase pipelines.
Provide HRIT integration SME production support for integration troubleshooting and analysis.
Manage and support Integration platform architecture, infrastructure, and environments, owning and assisting with solution implementation.

Job Requirements

Successful track record of delivery in a project-based environment both when working independently and when working collaboratively within a larger development team.
Strong technical documentation capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills.
Ability to demonstrate creative and lateral thinking, the ability to question existing practice and inspire others to do the same.
Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions.
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of Databricks architecture, Spark, and Delta Lake.
Proficiency in managing and optimizing Databricks clusters and jobs.
Experience with deploying and managing Databricks on Azure, including integration with Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and other Azure services.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, and Scala.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure and services, such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, and Azure Networking.
DevOps Tooling: Jenkins, Nexus, GitHub, JIRA.
Database Services, including Azure SQL and Cosmos DB.
Monitoring, Diagnostics, and Analytics with Azure Monitor.
NoSQL Database Experience such as MongoDB.
Azure, MongoDB, SPLUNK, Java, Spring boot, Kong, Databricks.
