Job Description

As an Azure Data Bricks Engineer, your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying robust analytics solutions leveraging the Microsoft platform such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, SQL Server, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric, as well as Databricks. You will be responsible for building scalable and high-performance data pipelines and ETL processes for both structured and unstructured data. Additionally, you will develop and maintain data models, data warehousing solutions, and advanced reporting dashboards. Your collaboration with business analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders will be crucial in gathering requirements and translating business needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. - Design and implement best practices for data integration, cleansing, and enrichment using Databricks and Microsoft tools. - Ensure data accuracy and reliability through rigorous testing and validation. - Monitor and optimize data pipelines and analytics workflows for efficiency and scalability. - Automate tasks to improve operational excellence and reduce manual effort. - Document architectures, data flows, and technical specifications. - Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. - Stay updated on analytics trends and proactively enhance solutions. - Participate in knowledge sharing and upskilling initiatives within the team. Qualifications Required: - Certifications in Azure, Databricks, or other relevant technologies. - Experience with data visualization and storytelling using Power BI or similar tools. - Exposure to machine learning concepts and integration with analytics pipelines. - Understanding of cloud security, data privacy, and governance best practices. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within diverse teams. - Passion for continuous improvement and a growth mindset.,
