Azure Data Architect

Roles & Responsibilities :

Successfully managed a minimum of 2 to 3 comprehensive implementations of Enterprise Data Lake and Business Intelligence projects, including at least one project experience within the Manufacturing Industry.

Proficient and having in-depth experience with the following technologies: SAP-HANA, Py-Spark, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Fabric, Azure DevOps, Power BI, etc.

In-depth Understanding of data integration, collection, transformation, correlation, and analysis (ETL/ELT).

Highly proficient in project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools.

Ability to lead and coach a team in the areas of Data Analytics, AI/ML and BI.

Demonstrate leadership and flexibility, as well as the ability to build rapport with Executive leadership and Head of Departments and project team.

Document architectural designs and best practices for future reference.

Effectively manage scope and dependencies, identify risks and issues, and proactively resolve/mitigate them.

Work closely with implementation partners on project status, risks, mitigation, and timing; ensure projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality.

Responsible for Enterprise Data Architecture, ensure adherences of data principles for compliance requirements.

Keep management informed of key issues and changes which may impact expected business results, recommend alternative options to mitigate business impact.

Assist with the development of business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for spending and initiatives.

Oversee the design, maintenance, and implementation of the systems.

Prioritise tasks to ensure project are implemented in accordance with project plans and budgets.

Recommend process, product or service improvements, resource optimisation and cost savings.

Ensured compliance with security policies as well as industry standards throughout all stages of the project.

Mandatory Skills:

Fast Learner: Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
