Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

to design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on

Microsoft Azure

. The ideal candidate will have expertise in

Terraform

and

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

principles, and will play a key role in automating the provisioning, scaling, and management of cloud resources to ensure they are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will collaborate closely with both development and operations teams to support cloud initiatives and provide technical guidance. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that cloud infrastructure meets high standards for security, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Design
, implement, and manage
cloud infrastructure
on
Microsoft Azure
.
Develop and maintain
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
using
Terraform
.
Automate the
provisioning
,
scaling
, and
management
of cloud resources to ensure performance and cost efficiency.
Ensure
cloud environments
are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
Collaborate with
development
and
operations teams
to support and enhance cloud initiatives.
Continuously
monitor
cloud infrastructure and perform necessary maintenance and updates.
Document infrastructure designs, configurations, and processes for future reference and compliance.
Implement best practices for
cloud security
and
compliance
.
Provide
technical guidance
and
mentorship
to team members in cloud technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience with
Microsoft Azure
and
Terraform
.
Strong understanding of
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
principles and best practices.
Hands-on experience with
CI/CD tools
such as
Azure DevOps
,
Jenkins
, or similar.
Proficiency in
scripting languages
such as
PowerShell
,
Python
, or
Bash
.
Excellent
problem-solving
skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong
communication
and
collaboration
skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Relevant
certifications
(e.g.,
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect
,
HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other cloud platforms such as
AWS
or
Google Cloud
.
Knowledge of additional
IaC tools
like
Ansible
or
Puppet
.
Familiarity with
monitoring
and
logging
tools like
Prometheus
,
Grafana
, or
ELK Stack
.
Experience with
containerization
and
orchestration
tools like
Docker
and
Kubernetes
.
