About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Azure Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candi will work closely with DevOps, security, and application teams to ensure a scalable, secure, and highly available cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
- Implement and maintain Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, VNets, App Services, AKS, Azure SQL, and more.
- Build and optimize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of cloud environments.
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Gi b Actions, or Jenkins.
- itor infrastructure health using Azure itor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Implement and maintain cloud security standards including Azure Security Center, Defender for Cloud, Key Vault, RBAC, and NSGs.
- Manage identity and access using Azure AD and role-based permissions.
- Troubleshoot cloud service issues and optimize cost, performance, and resource utilization.
- Support migration of applications and data to Azure cloud.
- Create and maintain documentation for architecture, processes, and deployment configurations.
Ideal Candi Profile
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Strong understanding of:
- Virtual Network configuration
- Compute & Storage
- Azure Load Balancers, VPN Gateways, Firewalls
- Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, or similar database services
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep).
- Knowledge of PowerShell or Azure CLI scripting.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
- Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good to have
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and containerization with Docker.
- Certifications such as:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
- Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
- Experience with hybrid environments and on-prem to cloud migration.
- Familiarity with itoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus) and automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and backup strategies using Azure services.
