As an experienced application development architect with a passion for Microsoft technologies, Optimus Information, a trusted digital transformation partner, is keen to have you on board. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work with implementation teams from concept to deal closure, providing expertise for deploying large scale cloud solutions in the enterprise - Shape solutions for customers with the right technology, pricing, and risk profile - Lead cloud solution and scoping to generate technical solutions, estimates, and approaches - Develop compelling propositions for clients, including writing technical proposals - Conduct detailed technical assessments of current enterprise architecture and architect a path to transformation into a cloud enterprise - Present technical topics in front of a senior audience, including C-Levels - Identify pain points, business and technical requirements, and compare solution alternatives - Stay updated on new technologies, methodologies, and market offerings - Prepare and deliver product messaging to highlight value proposition and unique differentiators - Manage small teams of pre-sales solution architects and/or onshore and offshore teams - Collaborate strategically and tactically with Microsoft, our strategic partner **Basic Qualifications:** - Minimum 5 years architecting, developing, and deploying large scale solutions using the Microsoft cloud platform - Minimum 7 years of technical solutions implementation in a cloud environment - Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Azure, Power-Platform, etc. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Minimum 7 years of experience working in cloud solutions - Minimum 4+ years of experience in architecting large-scale cloud solutions and crafting architectural options - Certifications in Microsoft Azure **Professional Skill Requirements:** - Proven ability to build and manage team-oriented environments - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work with incomplete requirements and in problem-solving environments **About Optimus:** Optimus is a leading Canadian technology consulting services company serving enterprises and ISVs.
