Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with Planning, designing, and developing complex Azure cloud solutions. • Hands-on experience in building platforms and services using private/public cloud IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms.

• Good Understanding of SCRUM and Agile methodology

• In-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of cloud computing services, thatincludes knowing networking, servers, databases, and software in Cloud

. • Expertise in Azure networking stack

• Expertise in CSP and MSP • Expertise in MS offerings and Support plans

• Hands on experience in Scripting

• Good Knowledge on DevOps

• Good Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes

• Good understanding regarding implementation and management ofthe serverless and container-based cloud application architecture using Cloud and Multi-system integration.

• Work and resolve L3 Issues generated in the Azure Infrastructure

• Working with OEM to resolve L4 Issues

• Managing and implementing Changes in the Environment related to Azure Infrastructure

• Analysing, providing, and implementing Cost reduction solutions for Azure Infrastructure

• Implementing Monitoring solutions for Azure Infrastructure

• Ensuring Healthy state of Azure Environment

• Manage Customer and ensuring Customer Satisfaction

• Provide value Adds, Service Improvement Pans

• Do Automations for all manual tasks (wherever possible)

• Create SOPs and provide regulartrainings to L1 Teams

• Should manage the Transition of Azure Environment from new Customers or its incumbent.

• Create, manage, and maintain RAID of Azure Environment

• Work with Teams to get Azure related issues resolved.

• Designing and managing swap space in the cloud environment

• Maintaining azure profiles and subscriptions

• Setting up private and public cloud environments (as required)

• Balancing and deploying workloads

• Manage OEM and Vendors

• DR and Resilience of Azure Environment

• Backup and Restoration of Azure Environment

• Manage public and private IP addresses and deploying and configuring virtual networks.

• Managing Storage, configure archival storage and protecting data againstthreats and unauthorized access.

• Ensuring compliances of Azure Infrastructure

• Providing rightrecommendations for Resource types

• Reserve Instance as per Cost recommendations

• Design, implement, maintain the access management of Azure Infrastructure

• Ensure Vulnerability management and remediation of Azure Environment

• Very good knowledge on Process, especially Incident, SR, Problem, Change

• Provide RCA and Permanentfix related to Azure Infrastructure

• Provide regular reports related to environment.

• Leading the Team to achieve Organization Objectives

• Analysing the latestindustry trends such as cloud computing and distributed processing and beginning to infer risks and benefits oftheir use in business.

• Good communication skills (Ability to prepare and present concepts)
