Job Description

Job Summary:

Azure Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and design
cloud-native applications
on
Microsoft Azure
using
.NET technologies
.
Develop and integrate
RESTful APIs
for enterprise applications.
Define
application architecture patterns
(Microservices, Event-driven, Serverless) for Azure-based solutions.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to
solutionize requirements
into technical designs.
Ensure
security, scalability, and performance
in application architecture.
Provide
technical leadership
and guidance to development teams.
Conduct
code reviews
, enforce best practices, and ensure compliance with standards.
Stay updated on
Azure services
and recommend adoption of new capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in
Azure application development
(App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, API Management).
Hands-on expertise in
.NET Core
,
C#
, and
REST API design
.
Familiarity with
Azure PaaS services
(Service Bus, Event Grid, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL).
Knowledge of
authentication and authorization
(OAuth, Azure AD).
Understanding of
CI/CD pipelines
for application deployment (basic exposure, not full DevOps role).
Experience with
containerization
(Docker) and
orchestration
(AKS) for application workloads.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with
microservices architecture
and
domain-driven design
.
Exposure to
cloud security best practices
and compliance standards.
Azure certifications (e.g.,
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
) are a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor teams.
