Role Overview

Azure APIM & Logic Apps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, publish, and manage APIs using

  Azure API Management (APIM)

  .
• Implement APIM policies: authentication, throttling, logging, caching, IP filtering, CORS, and transformations.
• Build and deploy automated workflow solutions using

  Azure Logic Apps

  .
• Work with

  Azure Service Bus

  ,

  Event Grid

  ,

  Function Apps

  , and API Gateways for event-driven integrations.
• Perform payload transformations using

  REST, JSON, XML

  , and mapping expressions.
• Integrate with systems such as

  SAP, Dynamics, Salesforce, SharePoint, and SQL

  .
• Ensure integration security using OAuth2, SSO, certificates, managed identities, and Azure AD.
• Use

  Azure DevOps

  for CI/CD, automated deployments, and environment management.
• Troubleshoot production issues using

  Application Insights

  and diagnostic logs.
• Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and planning sessions.
• Maintain technical documentation, API catalogs, and workflow diagrams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Azure Integration technologies.
• Strong expertise in:
• Azure API Management (APIM)
• Logic Apps
• Azure Functions
• Service Bus / Event Grid
• Proficient in

  REST API design

  , JSON, XML, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Strong understanding of

  OAuth2, JWT, and Azure AD

  .
• Experience with

  Azure DevOps

  , pipelines, and Git version control.
• Knowledge of

  ARM/Bicep templates

  for infrastructure automation.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript, or Python.
• Understanding of microservices and cloud integration architectures.
• Experience in API performance optimization and scalability.
• Knowledge of AKS, Docker, or containerized deployments.
