Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ayushman Claims Executive based in Raipur. The Ayushman Claims Executive will handle day-to-day operations related to processing claims under the Ayushman Bharat scheme. Responsibilities include ensuring proper documentation, verifying claim submissions, coordinating with medical teams, following up on claim statuses, and resolving discrepancies. The role is instrumental in maintaining efficient claim processing workflows and delivering seamless support to patients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Ayushman Bharat health policies, claims documentation, and healthcare workflows.
• Proficiency in data verification, record management, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate with medical teams and external authorities.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for claim resolution and discrepancy management.
• Familiarity with healthcare software or tools and experience with claim processing systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment under time-sensitive conditions.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; prior experience in hospital administration or insurance claims is preferred.
