Work Location: Watch Your Health – Thane (Work from Office)

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (9 hours)
Work Days: 1st & 2nd Saturday half-day | Sundays off
Transport: Pick-up & drop facility available from Thane station

Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and patient-centric Ayurveda Doctor with strong telecounselling skills to provide online consultations and guide clients toward improved health through Ayurveda principles and lifestyle practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telecounselling sessions to assess patient symptoms, health goals, lifestyle habits, and medical history in alignment with Ayurveda methodologies.
• Diagnose conditions based on Ayurveda principles and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Develop personalized Ayurveda diet plans, lifestyle modifications, and herbal supplement recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records with strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated patient care.
• Perform regular follow-ups to monitor patient progress and treatment adherence.
• Motivate and guide patients to maintain lifestyle and treatment compliance for optimal health outcomes.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness by tracking improvements in health status and relevant medical conditions.

Requirements:

• BAMS degree from a recognized institution (Master’s in Ayurveda preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–2 years of clinical or hospital experience preferred.
• Freshers may also apply.
• Strong understanding of Ayurveda concepts, therapies, and dietary guidelines.
• Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.

Salary:

As per industry standards (to be discussed during the interview)
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience, previous salary, and interview performance)
