Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Architecture

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, setting technical standards and fostering collaboration
• Architect secure, scalable AWS solutions with a focus on Lambda and serverless architecture
• Design and manage hybrid cloud environments integrating public and private cloud systems
  

Cloud Infrastructure & Development

• Design and implement cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, RDS)
• Manage scalable and secure Amazon S3 storage solutions, applying lifecycle policies, versioning, replication, and encryption
• Drive automation using DevOps tools such as Jenkins, AWS CLI, CloudFormation, and Terraform
  

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Oversee technical delivery, ensuring systems are high-performing, cost-effective, and secure
• Troubleshoot complex AWS infrastructure issues and optimize for performance
  

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with emerging AWS technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial
• Advocate for best practices in cloud security, reliability, and performance
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 812 years of cloud architecture experience with strong AWS expertise
• Proven experience with AWS Lambda, S3, EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, and CloudWatch
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Node.js, or Java)
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (ECS/EKS)
• Expertise in CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills
  

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
• Experience with cloud migrations and hybrid cloud design
