JOB POSITION
-
Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking for a Tech Lead.
-
The associate is responsible for collaborating with data architects to implement data models and ensure seamless integration with AWS services.
-
Develop Solutions designed for effective data processing from on-premise to cloud requirements of large enterprise using AWS services and snowflake.
-
Design and develop data ingestion pipelines to extract data from various sources to transform, aggregate and enrich the data.
-
Implement Data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security and compliance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
-
Hands-on experience on SNOWFLAKE, Python, AWS S3-Athena ,RDS
-
Expertise with Cloudwatch, Lambda, GLUE,EMR CLUSTER
-
Solid understanding of nested json file handling Flattening
-
Analyze the day-to-day loads/issues and take necessary actions during issues or escalations.
-
Work closely with admin/architect teams during any issues.
-
Understanding all complex job and data flows in the project
-
Document and simulate complex issues.
-
Excellent understanding on different file formats (avro, parquet) and JSON
-
Oversee the technical aspects of projects, make design and architecture decisions, and ensure best practices are followed
-
Communicate well with peers, break down complex topics, and guide cross-functional teams.
-
Have a deep understanding of the projects overall architecture and critical systems.
-
Delegate work and assignments to self and team members, and organize the team by implementing a project timeline.
-
Collaborate with different business functions to identify and clear roadblocks for the team.
-
Analyze team member performance, and facilitate cooperation between tech teams.
QUALIFICATION
EXPERIENCE
-
Overall experience of 8-11 years in IT.
-
3-9 years of experience in AWS services based on the level.
-
8+ years of Snowflake with AWS , Data engineering, Cloud experience
-
Experience in agile development processes.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
-
Hands-on experience on SNOWFLAKE,AWS Services.
-
Having experience in writing/handling complex SQL queries.
-
Having good understanding of technologies like Hadoop, Kafka, HBase, Sqoop ,scala etc is an added advantage.
-
Understanding all complex job and data flows in the project, document and simulate complex issues.
-
Able to analyze, research and solve technical and unique problems.
